Hello! I’m Riley, your go-to content creator, strategist, and the person behind every DM, post, and edit at Soft Serve Socials.

I graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Public Relations while living in California, where I dove headfirst into the social media world. That mix of hands-on experience and a foundation in communication and storytelling shaped the way I approach every project.

Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats: influencer, event coordinator, brand manager, video editor, and more. I’ve worked with brands like Visit WeHo, The Sunset Strip, MCoBeauty, and Level99 Jeans, all while growing my own TikTok to 300K+ followers. I know the social game from both the brand and creator side. Most recently, I led social media and marketing at Paw Oasis Pet Resort, turning puppy playdates into revenue-driving content.

Now, I’m pouring my energy into Soft Serve Socials, a social media agency built to help brands show up exactly how they want, grow the audience they’ve been dreaming of, and create content that feels as good as it looks.
